About Empowered Minds Therapy
Empowered Minds Therapy is an occupational therapist-owned and operated practice built around two core values: passionate, high-quality care and a healthy work-life balance for our clinicians. We believe therapists provide their best care when they feel supported, valued, and have the flexibility to maintain a fulfilling life outside of work. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians can genuinely enjoy what they do, have autonomy in their practice, and build meaningful relationships with the clients and families they serve, without sacrificing their own well-being in the process.
We are a growing, community-based therapy practice providing individualized and meaningful services to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout New Hampshire. We believe therapy should extend beyond the walls of a traditional clinic. Our therapists work with clients in the environments where everyday life happens including homes, community settings, schools and educational programs, outdoor environments, and partnering farms. Our approach is strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on helping clients build meaningful skills for participation, independence, confidence, and quality of life.
