Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Moving Kids Forward Therapy continues to grow. To meet the needs of our wonderful community and we are hiring again for another Occupational Therapist.

We are seeking an energetic Occupational Therapist to be a part of our wonderful pediatric therapy team!

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university Required
• Occupational Therapy license from the State of New Hampshire Required
• NBCOT Certification Required
• Responsibilities will include
• Conducting in-depth standardized assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing plans-of care
• Writing daily and quarterly progress reports
• Creating home programs
• Parent education
• Mentoring and working with OT fieldwork students and interns as needed.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• At least one year of experience in a pediatric setting is preferred
• NPI, CAQH, and NH Medicaid provider numbers are preferred but not required.
