Dunstan Pediatric Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based related services team in SAU 48. This is an opportunity to work within a New Hampshire-based, therapist-owned practice that prioritizes collaboration, manageable caseloads, and quality of work-life balance.

Role Overview

The COTA will provide school-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR/L, supporting students in accessing their educational environment and participating in daily school routines.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEP-based OT interventions

• Collect data and document services in DocuHub

• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and case managers

• Support participation in classroom, self-care, and fine motor tasks

• Follow NH school-based and Medicaid documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Current NH COTA license (or eligibility)

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Commitment to student-centered, functional outcomes

• Schedule: School calendar, part-time or full-time options depending on candidate availability

• Pay: $32–$40 per hour, based on experience
